I offer calm, grounded, one-to-one life coaching for people who want clarity, steadiness, and support without judgement or pressure. This is a confidential space to think clearly, speak honestly, and find your footing again.

How I work

I am a qualified life coach and professional stress consultant. My approach is grounded and intuitive, informed by mindfulness, emotional awareness, and years of working with people navigating pressure, transition, and responsibility.

You do not need to believe anything in particular to work with me. There is no imposed framework or language. I meet you where you are, and we work at a pace that feels steady and respectful.

I don’t offer discovery calls.

I assess fit through the written enquiry and begin the work within the coaching sessions themselves. This keeps the process calm and focused for both of us.
