Find Your Zen Studio lives inside Yema’s Garden: a garden-rooted space where craft, cultivation, words and guidance come together.

What began at my kitchen table during the pandemic has grown into a practice of rebuilding life slowly and intentionally, season by season.

The Beginning

When gentle soap disappeared from the shelves during lockdown, my skin noticed. My nervous system noticed too.

I didn’t want loud fragrance or filler ingredients. I wanted premium oils, nourishing butters and formulas that respected sensitive skin while still feeling quietly indulgent.

So I began crafting my own.

Starting with simple glycerin soap, I learned how ingredients behave and how formulations either support the skin or disturb it. That curiosity led me deeper into traditional soapmaking, working with oils, butters, clays and botanicals chosen for performance rather than perfume.

Many of my soaps remain intentionally unscented. The focus is how your skin feels hours later, calm, supported and nourished.

The Garden

Around the same time, I began tending a small garden.

Working with soil changed my perspective. Seeds taught patience. Plants taught rhythm. The garden reminded me that growth cannot be rushed.

That philosophy now shapes everything I create.

What Exists in Yema’s Garden

Today, Find Your Zen in Yema’s Garden lives through four expressions of cultivation:

The Garden – seasonal growing and reflections from the soil.

The Studio – handcrafted soap, candles and perfume made slowly with care.

The Journal – poetry and writing inspired by growth and rebuilding.

Guidance – tarot and spiritual life coaching for clarity during seasons of change.

Each offering grows from the same belief: Stability is cultivated slowly.
