Processing Time

  • In-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-order items are made to order in small, exclusive batches. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are ready.

Pre-Orders

When you pre-order an item, you're reserving a product that hasn’t been released or completed yet. This helps us reduce waste and ensures your item is freshly made.

  • Estimated shipping dates for each pre-order item are provided on the product page.

  • If production timelines shift, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Pre-orders are final sale after 24 hours, as we begin crafting your item specifically for you.

  • You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship to the UK only.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
